I have been in coffee business for about 20 years. I was originally born
in Tokyo ,and grew up there untill my graduation at university. Then I
moved to Ina Valley in Nagano prefecture. I had no money and no line of
personal contacts about any business at that time.
I had a dream though. I made my coffee shop from scratch.
